Introduction

The City-Parish is proposing to implement a project that will provide for a buffer zone around the North Wastewater Treatment Plant (NWWTP). As a part of this project, various properties will need to be acquired.

Once completed, this work around the NWWTP will help control odors, and enhance the beautification of the area surrounding the plant.
